  • Manage behavior change/process improvement programs by evaluating needs, partnering on operational strategies, providing policy/procedure guidance, ensuring controls/tools/materials, aligning stakeholders, monitoring metrics/performance, identifying issues, and developing/gaining buy-in on resolutions
