Requirements

  • Ability to develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products/services, processing upgrades/credit accounts, participating in sales/marketing events, and meeting Membership goals
  • Knowledge of safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling/disposing hazardous materials, following steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations
  • Skills to fulfill Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: reviewing orders, pulling/scanning/wrapping/palletizing items, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
  • Capability to complete work assignments using policies/data/resources, collaborate with others, identify priorities/deadlines, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change/feedback
  • Proficiency in providing Member service: acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
  • Compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards, including using Open Door Policy

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support Membership through information sharing, promotion, processing, events, and goal achievement
  • Maintain facility safety by following all standards/procedures, conducting sweeps, proper handling of materials/forklifts, and reporting issues
  • Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders accurately and efficiently
  • Complete assignments and priorities collaboratively, adapting to changes and improving processes
  • Provide excellent Member service, assist with needs, resolve concerns, and promote company offerings
  • Comply with policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity in all business practices
