Requirements
- Ability to develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products/services, processing upgrades/credit accounts, participating in sales/marketing events, and meeting Membership goals
- Knowledge of safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling/disposing hazardous materials, following steel standard guidelines, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations
- Skills to fulfill Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling/scanning/wrapping/palletizing items, ensuring order/invoice accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
- Capability to complete work assignments using policies, data, resources; collaborate with managers/coworkers/customers/partners; identify priorities/deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
- Experience providing Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards, including using Open Door Policy

- Maintain facility safety by following all standards/procedures/guidelines, conducting sweeps, proper handling, and reporting issues

- Provide Member service, assist with needs, resolve concerns, and promote company offerings
