- Ability to develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products/services, processing memberships/upgrades/credit accounts, participating in sales/marketing events, and meeting membership goals
- Knowledge of safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling/disposing hazardous materials, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations
- Capability to fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling/scanning/wrapping/palletizing items, ensuring order/invoice accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
- Proficiency in completing work assignments using policies/data/resources, collaborating with others, identifying priorities/deadlines, communicating progress, recommending improvements, and adapting to change/feedback/difficulties
- Skills in providing Member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics/integrity standards, implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy, and applying in business processes
