- Capability to complete work assignments using policies, data, resources; collaborate with managers/coworkers/customers/partners; identify priorities/deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
- Experience providing Member service: acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services

- Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning/wrapping/palletizing items, ensuring order/invoice accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
