Responsibilities
- Supports production operations by setting up workstations with required products and packaging materials
- Rotates through tasks (e.g., operating bagger and debagger stations, setting up and operating label machines while monitoring barcoding systems, overseeing tray packaging machines)
- Completes changeovers safely and efficiently
- Visually monitors conveyor lines for damaged bottles
- Oversees tray pack machines and completes changeovers safely and efficiently
- Performs quality inspections and verifies sample compliance with specifications
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace according to company policies and procedures
- Maintains communication with departments, management, and associates, and promptly reports any issues or concerns that could hinder production efficiency
- Immediately reports any food safety or quality issues to management
- Records production and/or quality data
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with others; identifying priorities; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; recommending improvements; adapting to change
