Responsibilities

  • Receive/stock merchandise in optical area, organize/maintain area following procedures, utilize equipment, merchandise, complete paperwork/logs/documentation
  • Operate cash registers/related equipment, process member purchases, assist with payments/returns/refunds/exchanges using appropriate procedures
  • Sell optical products/services: assist members with decisions, measure/adjust/repair frames/lenses, complete eyewear/contact lens orders, identify/verify prescriptions, complete/maintain paperwork, collect payments for doctor services, perform/record optometric pretests
