Responsibilities

  • Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs by encouraging associates/managers, maintaining community relationships, and championing company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures by holding associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing/monitoring controls, maintaining quality standards, overseeing reviews, and developing action plans
  • Provide supervision and development for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, setting expectations, communicating effectively, and promoting belonging
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service by following OBW, managing initiatives, resolving customer needs/complaints, developing action plans, and providing process improvement leadership
  • Assist store manager in driving financial performance by achieving sales/profit goals, reviewing P&L statements, controlling expenses, developing corrective plans, and participating in budget forecasting
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by maintaining stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, communicating goals, building accountability, measuring results, and addressing improvements
  • Ensure compliance with policies and support company mission/values/ethics by implementing action plans and providing guidance on business processes
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create belonging culture, work collaboratively, attract/retain/develop talent, and maintain/promote integrity, ethics, and compliance
