  • Ability to maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation, including handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking/arranging/organizing merchandise, setting up/cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, and securing fragile/high-shrink items
  • Capability to monitor food/merchandise quality, ensuring product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, merchandising categories, stocking/zoning/cleaning departments
  • Proficiency in developing/communicating/implementing processes by collaborating with managers/co-workers/customers/partners, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements
  • Commitment to demonstrating/promoting compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics/integrity, using Open Door Policy, and assisting with corrections
  • Leadership skills in teams, including sharing resources, determining needs/priorities, coordinating/executing assignments, providing feedback/support, and adapting to change
  • Oversight of picking/staging club pick up orders per company policies/procedures

Responsibilities

  • Maintain facility safety by conducting sweeps, following forklift/hazardous materials procedures, steel standards, correcting/reporting unsafe situations
  • Ensure sales floor/merchandise maintenance by handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking/arranging/organizing, setting up/cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, securing fragile/high-shrink items
