  • Ability to maintain sales floor/merchandise presentation, handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking/arranging/organizing merchandise, setting up/cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, and securing fragile/high-shrink items
  • Expertise in monitoring food/merchandise quality, ensuring product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation, merchandising categories, stocking/zoning/cleaning departments
  • Capability to oversee picking/staging of club pick-up orders per company policy
  • Proficiency in developing/communicating/implementing processes, collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and identifying improvements
  • Commitment to demonstrating/promoting compliance with company policies, ethics/integrity standards, using Open Door Policy, and assisting with corrections
  • Leadership in teams, sharing resources, determining priorities, coordinating assignments, providing feedback/support, and adapting to change

Responsibilities

  • Maintain facility safety by conducting sweeps, following forklift/hazardous material procedures, steel standards, correcting/reporting unsafe situations
  • Ensure sales floor/merchandise maintenance by handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking/arranging/organizing, setting up/cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, securing fragile/high-shrink items
