Requirements

  • Assists management with supervision of associates, including assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes and procedures, providing direction on member service, resolving complaints per company guidelines, ensuring policy compliance, supporting Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates
  • Communicates and supports membership by providing information on types, programs, and benefits, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, encouraging renewals, participating in sales/marketing events, completing marketing recaps, and striving to meet membership goals
  • Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, guiding on self-service technology, assisting with transactions at registers or self-checkout, and ensuring club pick-up orders are filled
  • Oversees assigned area by handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging/organizing merchandise, identifying shrink/damages, maintaining carts/flatbeds, assisting with item transport, using cart retrieval equipment per policies, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness
  • Completes accounting records, files transactions/documentation per procedures, provides funds for registers, creates/interprets financial reports, assists with investigations, prepares deposits/Cash Fund Transfers, investigates overages/shortages, and maintains confidentiality/accuracy of financial/personal information
  • Develops, communicates, and implements processes/practices by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, partners; analyzing/applying information; monitoring progress; and identifying/addressing improvements
  • Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with policies, procedures, ethics/integrity by explaining/guiding/demonstrating application, implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy, and assisting management with corrections
