Requirements

  • Assists management with supervision, assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates, providing direction on member service, ensuring compliance with policies, supporting Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates
  • Communicates and supports membership by providing information on types, programs, and benefits, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, encouraging renewals, participating in sales and marketing events, completing marketing recaps, and meeting membership goals
  • Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, guiding on self-service technology, handling transactions at registers or self-checkout, and ensuring club pick-up orders are filled
  • Oversees assigned area by handling claims and returns, zoning, arranging merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, organizing carts/flatbeds, assisting with transport, using cart retrieval equipment, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness
  • Completes accounting records, files transactions, follows procedures, provides register funds, creates financial reports, assists investigations, prepares deposits and Cash Fund Transfers, investigates overages/shortages, and maintains confidentiality of financial/personal information
  • Develops, communicates, and implements processes by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements
  • Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity by explaining, guiding, implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy, and assisting with corrections
  • Leads and participates in teams by sharing resources, determining needs/priorities, coordinating assignments, providing feedback/support, ensuring timelines/quality, and modeling adaptation to change
