Requirements

  • Oversees assigned area by handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging merchandise, identifying shrink/damages, maintaining carts/flatbeds, assisting with transport, using cart retrieval equipment, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness
  • Completes accounting records, files transactions/documentation, follows procedures, provides register funds, creates/interprets financial reports, assists investigations, prepares deposits/Cash Fund Transfers, investigates overages/shortages, and maintains confidentiality/accuracy
  • Develops, communicates, and implements processes by collaborating with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements
  • Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity by explaining/guiding/demonstrating application, implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy, and assisting with corrections

  • Oversee area operations (handle claims/returns, zone area, arrange/organize merchandise, identify shrink/damages, maintain carts/flatbeds availability, assist transport, use cart retrieval equipment, maintain parking lot cleanliness)
