Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for Walmart Private Fleet drivers to meet safety and operational standards
  • Manage facilitation of learning activities, including leadership case studies and functional scenarios
  • Connect with business stakeholders to determine training needs, collaborate on content creation, and engage subject-matter experts
  • Oversee and manage Fleet Development Facilitators, providing guidance, feedback, performance assessments, and development recommendations
  • Assess performance of drivers and Facilitators, implement improvement plans, and incorporate feedback and metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and regulatory requirements; model these standards
  • Allocate resources efficiently, optimize fleet performance, and oversee maintenance of training equipment
  • Prepare and present reports on fleet performance, training outcomes, and Facilitator activities to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments to align fleet strategies with company goals, build stakeholder relationships, and identify business needs
  • Encourage participation in training sessions, provide immediate feedback, and facilitate for senior associates
  • Provide expert advice, support business solutions, adapt to changes, and promote continuous learning
  • Coordinate job-related activities, develop stakeholder relationships, set goals, measure progress, and address improvements
  • Supervise associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing performance, and promoting belonging
  • Implement action plans for compliance, support Open Door Policy, and guide on ethics in business processes
