Requirements
- Ability to assist other Maintenance technicians in the repair and maintenance of equipment
- Capability to clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas
- Proficiency in completing work orders, records, logs, and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures
- Skills in maintaining and repairing building facilities (e.g., plumbing, construction, painting)
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment
- Knowledge of assisting in the usage and disposal of hazardous materials and waste (e.g., cleaning chemicals) according to company policies and procedures
- Competence in performing preventive and basic maintenance and repairs on equipment (e.g., production equipment, lift trucks, pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, dock equipment, electronic/electrical equipment, HVAC units, facilities, and grounds) according to company policies and procedures
- Compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity

Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and basic maintenance and repairs on equipment (e.g., production equipment, lift trucks, pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, dock equipment, electronic/electrical equipment, HVAC units, facilities, and grounds) according to company policies and procedures
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business processes
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; recommending improvements; and adapting to change
