Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to all Walmart policies and procedures
- Ensure quality standards are met and products are produced in accordance with company standards
- Ensure food safety practices and procedures meet company standards
- Manage inventory including receiving, stocking, and ordering materials as needed
- Accurately follow recipes and preparation instructions to prepare products to quality standards
- Effectively manage time to complete tasks, prepare products for customer orders, and maintain a clean/organized work area
- Lead by example, providing guidance and support to other associates
- Maintain accurate records and reports including production reports, inventory levels, and employee performance
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics using Open Door Policy and action plans
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, resources; collaborate with stakeholders; identify improvements; adapt to change
- Create inclusive workplace culture, support team development and mentoring
