  • Ability to handle club pick up orders, including picking, staging, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and performing audits
  • Ability to handle, move, and display goods safely; track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage
  • Ability to report poor inventory practices, low in-stock levels, and unsafe forklift conditions
  • Ability to use inventory tools and equipment safely
  • Ability to proactively identify and assist customers with technology services
  • Ability to model technology services, identify shrink opportunities, maintain equipment, and fix problems promptly

Responsibilities

  • Implement action plans related to company policies using the Open Door Policy
  • Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
  • Carry out tasks, communicate progress, identify priorities/deadlines, recommend improvements, and adapt to change/feedback
  • Manage inventory flow, merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, correct shelf capacities, and retain paperwork/logs
  • Acknowledge members, provide guidance on self-service technology, assist with purchasing, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote products/services
  • Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting and hazardous materials procedures, adhere to steel standards, and report/correct unsafe situations
  • Zone areas, stock/rotate merchandise, remove damaged/out-of-date goods, set up/clean/organize displays, maintain modular integrity, receive/sort/stage/deliver merchandise, ensure prominent promotional displays, process defective merchandise, follow sanitation/food safety policies, and monitor shrink/security/safety
  • Assist with picking and staging club pick up orders, ensure products are selected/staged per policy, ensure timely picking by Merchandising Associates, and perform accuracy audits
  • Handle, move, and display goods safely; track goods, maintain in-stock levels, control shrinkage timely; report poor practices/low stock
  • Operate and maintain forklifts safely; report poor/unsafe conditions or non-working forklifts to management
  • Proactively engage customers needing technology help, model technology services for others, identify/fix shrink issues, maintain equipment, organize/stock products correctly
  • Embrace differences in people/cultures/ideas/experiences; create supportive workplace culture of belonging and equitable opportunities
