Requirements

- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with self-service technology, purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous materials procedures, adhering to steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations
- Maintains sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning, stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged/out-of-date goods, setting up displays, maintaining modular integrity, processing defective merchandise, ensuring sanitation/food safety, and monitoring shrink/security/safety risks
- Assists with filling club pick up orders by picking, staging, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and performing audits
- Handles, moves, and displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage; reports poor practices; uses inventory tools/equipment safely
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely; reports unsafe conditions/practices and equipment issues to management
- Proactively assists customers with technology services; models technology use; identifies and fixes shrink opportunities/problems; maintains equipment and organizes/stocks products correctly
- Embraces differences, creates inclusive culture, supports associates, attracts talent

Responsibilities
- Implement action plans related to company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity
- Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
- Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers throughout the facility
- Acknowledge members, provide guidance/support on self-service tech, assist with purchases, locate items, resolve concerns, promote company products/services
- Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting/hazardous materials procedures, adhere to steel standards, correct/report unsafe situations
- Zone area, stock/rotate merchandise, remove damaged/out-of-date goods, set up/clean/organize displays, maintain modular integrity, receive/sort/stage/deliver merchandise, display promotional/seasonal items, process defective merchandise, follow sanitation/food safety policies, monitor shrink/security/safety
- Assist with picking/staging club pick up orders throughout the day, ensure proper selection/staging per policy, ensure timely picking by Merchandising Associates, perform occasional accuracy audits
- Track goods, maintain in-stock levels, control shrinkage timely; report poor inventory practices/low stock; use tools/equipment safely
- Operate/maintain forklifts safely; report poor/unsafe conditions/practices; notify management of non-working forklifts
- Identify/engage customers needing tech help; assist with tech services/items; model/help others with tech; identify/fix shrink issues in products/services/work areas; maintain equipment, organize/stock products, fix problems promptly
