Requirements

  • 7–10 years in digital capability development, digital operations management, or business development within a dot-com business, marketplace, or technology-driven organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, customer funnel optimization, and P&L management
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Success in integrating business strategy, technology, and customer experience to deliver measurable results
  • Ability to translate complex business and customer needs into actionable digital capabilities that improve performance, engagement, and growth

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, governance, and prioritization of the digital capability roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
  • Partner with Product to define capability requirements that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable commercial impact
  • Oversee program execution across stage gates, milestones, and budgets, ensuring accountability and progress toward the annual operating plan
  • Monitor site and app performance, ensuring timely identification, reporting, and resolution of issues, bugs, and operational defects
  • Own and maintain digital performance dashboards, tracking metrics across site experience, merchandising, marketing, sales, and membership operations
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and merchandising partners to ensure digital readiness and flawless execution during key campaigns and commercial activations
  • Integrate financial and business performance insights into capability planning to ensure investments drive sustainable growth and profitability
