Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, actively listening, touring stores, providing feedback, communicating/collaborating on store operations, and introducing company changes
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, manage/support initiatives (e.g., store of the community, outreach), resolve customer issues, and lead process improvements
  • Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing P&L, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, monitoring merchandise/inventory/operations, and implementing action plans for goals/shrink mitigation
  • Provide supervision/development for hourly associates via hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognition, and recruiting for staffing/growth
  • Coordinate/ complete/ oversee job activities by maintaining stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, communicating goals, building accountability, measuring progress, and addressing improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, mission/values/ethics by implementing action plans and providing guidance on business processes
