Requirements
- Ability to communicate and explain Membership types, programs, benefits, credit card programs, and application processes
- Skills in providing customer/member service, including acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Capability to maintain and clean the car wash/gas station area, ensure accurate pricing signage, handle claims/returns, zone the area, organize merchandise/supplies, identify shrink/damages, and ensure a safe environment
- Experience or ability to receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers, following company procedures, utilizing equipment, merchandising, and completing paperwork/logs
- Proficiency in operating equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process purchases with various payment types
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment in accordance with company policies

Responsibilities
- Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, benefits to assist account decisions, build membership, encourage renewals, promote Sam's Club products/services
- Provide customer/member service by acknowledging, identifying needs, assisting purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services while maintaining safe environment
- Maintain area by cleaning/organizing car wash/gas station, ensuring accurate pricing signage
- Maintain Gas Station/Car Wash per company policies: handle claims/returns, zone area, arrange/organize merchandise/supplies, identify shrink/damages, ensure safe work environment
- Receive/stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers, organize/maintain facility per procedures, utilize equipment, merchandise, complete/retain paperwork/logs
- Operate cash registers/tools to process purchases using appropriate procedures for payment types/items
- Operate/maintain Gas Station/Car Wash equipment, provide products/services per company policies
- Embrace differences, foster belonging, create opportunities for associates, build trusting relationships, mentor others
