Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory standards; manage equipment
  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and support business decisions
  • Drive bakery performance: ensure quality/date control, eliminate waste, prepare for seasonal events, identify member needs, assist with purchases, and resolve issues
  • Act as a brand advocate: model high-quality service, interact with associates to address roadblocks, train/develop/inspire team in a respectful manner
  • Comply with policies using Open Door Policy; complete assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating, communicating progress, and adapting to change
