Responsibilities
- Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
- Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
- Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and collaborating with teams
- Preparing food according to specifications, planning productions, adhering to safety/sanitation standards
- Leveraging digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- Driving area performance by stocking/rotating merchandise, ensuring quality/date control, eliminating waste
- Providing member service: acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, payments, locating merchandise, resolving issues
- Being a brand advocate, developing/influencing/inspiring others in a respectful, supportive, team-oriented style
- Assisting in training others and understanding roadblocks
- Completing work assignments and priorities using policies, data, resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, expectations
