Requirements

  • Capability to maintain the Auto Care Center, sales floor, and service area, including stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, organizing displays, signing/pricing, securing merchandise, handling claims/returns, zoning, ordering supplies, and ensuring environmental/OSHA compliance
  • Proficiency in coordinating job-related activities, developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans, setting goals, measuring progress, identifying improvements, and promoting adaptability/learning
  • Experience in supervising associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and fostering a belonging mindset
  • Commitment to ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting mission/values/ethics, utilizing Open Door Policy, and providing guidance on business practices

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by managing merchandise, pricing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and correcting deficiencies to meet goals
  • Provide customer service and assistance, process requests/service orders per policies, explain products/services, train technicians, stage vehicles, and assist workflow
  • Maintain the Auto Care Center, sales floor, and service area by stocking/rotating merchandise, cleaning/organizing displays, signing/pricing, securing items, handling claims/returns, zoning, ordering supplies, and monitoring for environmental disposal/OSHA compliance and safety
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by building stakeholder relationships, supporting initiatives, setting/measuring goals, addressing improvements, and promoting learning
  • Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and promoting belonging
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support company mission/values/ethics via action plans and Open Door Policy guidance
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, foster belonging, collaborate effectively, attract/retain/develop talent, model integrity/ethics, and prioritize customer service
