Requirements

  • Knowledge of loss prevention to control unexplained losses, improve profitability, set goals, build accountability, measure policy adherence, review variances/inventories, conduct audits, monitor trends, and implement corrections
  • Experience in detecting, deterring, investigating, and resolving policy violations/criminal activities, including fraud investigations, evidence gathering, statements, case reports, and courtroom testimony; partnering with investigative entities
  • Capability to monitor safety/risk controls, supervise safety teams, identify accident trends, implement prevention solutions, observe practices, provide training, and oversee safety reviews
  • Ability to manage facility-level training on asset protection, safety, claims, and receiving procedures; identify gaps, develop/deliver training
  • Skills in managing claims/receiving operations, ensuring policy compliance (e.g., cold chain, hazmat), timely processing of claims/deliveries, providing direction, and maintaining documentation

Responsibilities
