The US Retail Renewal Lead will manage the Renewal Health Tracker to mitigate risks and plan renewal opportunities. This role involves driving commercial strategy for renewals and RFPs, analyzing and preparing deal constructs including pricing strategy and terms, and partnering with pricing experts. Responsibilities also include consulting internal teams on deal generation and negotiation tactics, collaborating with cross-functional teams for strategy alignment, developing client-friendly pitch documents, reviewing contract terms, negotiating agreements directly with customers, and collaborating with the legal team on contract drafting.
