Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external resources to deliver professional service engagements successfully and with quality outcomes
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements of the customer
  • Leverage a team of Services Delivery staff and customer stakeholders to drive the implementation of software solutions
  • Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing project status reporting, expense management, risk identification and mitigation, and aligning customer acceptance of deliverables
  • Analyze scope, create project plan, manage, monitor, and control multiple externally facing customer implementations of software
  • Execute the project budget, team resources, communications, and project plans to deliver on time, on budget, and within scope
  • Anticipate and address barriers to project success, identify and resolve risks and issues in a timely manner, and escalate concerns to the project team and senior management when appropriate
  • Act as primary interface to client business units during all phases of the project and lead formal presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Execute established SOPs and administrative responsibilities within expected timeframes
  • Influence impacts of project deliverables to financials (revenue recognition)
