Responsibilities

Manage internal and external resources to deliver professional service engagements successfully and with quality outcomes
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements of the customer
Leverage a team of Services Delivery staff and customer stakeholders to drive the implementation of software solutions
Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing project status reporting, expense management, risk identification and mitigation, and aligning customer acceptance of deliverables
Analyze scope, create project plan, manage, monitor, and control multiple externally facing customer implementations of software
Execute the project budget, team resources, communications, and project plans to deliver on time, on budget, and within scope
Anticipate and address barriers to project success, identify and resolve risks and issues in a timely manner, and escalate concerns to the project team and senior management when appropriate
Act as primary interface to client business units during all phases of the project and lead formal presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Execute established SOPs and administrative responsibilities within expected timeframes
Influence impacts of project deliverables to financials (revenue recognition)
