Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in US HR, People Operations, or Administrative support role
  • Strong understanding of HR and compliance processes across multiple regions
  • Passionate people person who values creating positive employee experiences
  • Efficient, thoughtful, and personable communicator—both written and verbal
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
  • Able to work 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time
  • Willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila

Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for both US and PH employees
  • Oversee and maintain employee documents and records in systems such as Rippling (HRIS), Deel (Payroll), and Lattice (Performance Management)
  • Support and manage US People Operations, including benefits administration, compliance documentation, and coordination with local vendors and service providers
  • Field and respond to employee questions and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Work closely with US People Operations Manager, PH People Operations Specialist and PH Site Leads
