Candidates must be based in Ohio and possess a Bachelor's degree. They should have at least 4 years of experience in health insurance, preferably with an insurance carrier or a role focused on driving sales with brokers, and experience working with brokers and their clients.
The Regional Sales Manager will drive the broker strategy, ensuring brokers have the necessary information and tools, build and manage broker and GA relationships, identify distribution partners, represent Sidecar Health at local events, identify and test growth opportunities, meet sales goals, provide local competitive intelligence, and establish relationships with self-generating leads.
