The role involves supporting Upstream USA's mission by contributing to various teams including Practice Transformation, Partnerships & Community Engagement, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning, Technical Assistance Design, Training, Strategy and Policy, Systems & Operational Services, Data & Technology, Marketing & Communications, People & Culture, Development & External Affairs, Finance & Accounting, and potentially assisting with recruitment and talent community engagement. The position requires participation in in-person meetings and organizational events, and ensuring reliable access to phone and internet connectivity for remote work.
