Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with UKG Dimensions and Boomi Software Suite
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience integrating with APIs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

  • Works with client leadership and Accenture project members to identify, analyze, and devise solutions to address complex business requirements and processes related to all areas of API and Boomi integration
  • Able to lead all phases of a UKG Dimensions Software implementation: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment using industry and UKG best practices
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify integration best practices, implement process improvements, and drives resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and with exceptional quality
  • Proactively identifies project issues and recommend viable solutions
  • Provides content expertise for tool set up and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of the UKG Dimensions integration platform and technologies
  • Leads trainings in workforce management tools for leadership and staff
  • Travel may be required for this role (0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements)
