Responsibilities

The UGC Trend Hunter & Hook Strategist will write creative briefs for user-generated content (UGC) that drive performance, and act as a liaison between the Content Production and UGC teams. Responsibilities include collaborating with creative producers on messaging and storytelling, developing content plans from initial ideas to final assets, and selecting appropriate creators for projects. This role involves managing UGC production, researching trends, analyzing competitor activity, and delivering bi-weekly social trend reports with actionable insights. The strategist will also experiment with AI tools to enhance creative output and oversee production to ensure high-quality, scroll-stopping content.
