Experience in a high-paced startup environment handling financial fraud and risk issues of varying complexity is ideal, along with comfort working with internal and external stakeholders.
The Fraud & Risk operations team operates within the Support organization and works closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Go To Market, and Operations teams to protect the platform and users from abuse.
This role may involve handling sensitive content, including material that may be highly confidential, sexual, violent, or otherwise disturbing.
Strong candidates have experience investigating fraud, performing risk evaluations, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other teams, and managing high-complexity incidents while advocating for customer needs.
