Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in one of the following: Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, or Legal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to quickly learn, apply, and adapt to changing usage policies
  • Experience using investigative tools such as login history, API logs, and secure PII handling systems
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Empathetic, analytical, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-impact environments
  • Strong English written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Enforce platform rules through manual review and AI-assisted systems
  • Handle reports of harmful or policy-violating content
  • Review appeals and escalate complex moderation decisions
  • Detect and prevent scams, spam, and coordinated inauthentic behavior
  • Investigate suspicious activity or account takeovers
  • Identify system gaps and recommend improvements to prevent abuse
  • Monitor for fraudulent activities such as fake accounts, payment fraud, and chargebacks
  • Analyze fraud patterns and emerging trends
  • Escalate high-risk cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution
