Responsibilities

  • Preparing and conducting trainings, workshops, and Academies for advisors
  • Preparing training materials, ensuring their update and adaptation to the training topic
  • Ensuring the quality of conversations conducted by advisors in customer service teams
  • Developing advisors' service and sales skills
  • Collaborating with other Bank units to ensure consistency and effectiveness of actions
  • Realizing tasks in a way that minimizes operational risk
  • Participating in achieving unit goals through maintaining high substantive knowledge of employees and their adherence to customer service standards
  • Participating in the development of service and sales techniques and methods, actively contributing to the development of advisors' communication skills
