Requirements

  • Based in the Baltimore regional area
  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time, including overnight travel, driving, and flying; work on 14 consecutive day schedules and non-traditional hours
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs; climb, walk, and stand for extended periods
  • Completion of high school or equivalent (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of related work experience, preferably in retail; retail store management experience preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications
  • Ability to operate small power tools
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work well with changing teams, independently in fast-paced environments, and adapt quickly to change
  • Strong project management skills for multiple complex projects
  • Knowledge of sequencing and merchandising (preferred)
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships across levels
  • Ability to manage personal and company expenses due to travel

Responsibilities

  • Participate in renovation, new store, relocation, expansion, and other projects, ensuring completion to company standards in a timely manner
  • Perform merchandising and product placement
  • Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organize it, and transfer from stockroom to store
  • Build and tear down fixtures
  • Set schematics, planograms, and other merchandise templates
  • Cleaning
  • Provide customer service
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Assist with day-to-day store activities related to projects as directed by Store Display Coordinator/Lead
  • Communicate with Store Display Coordinator/Lead and team members to ensure success of on-site operations
  • Partner and collaborate with store operations, Store Development management, other SDAs, Coordinators, and Leads to meet/exceed project standards
  • Maintain a safe working environment at job sites
  • Implement new procedures, best practices, tools, and efficiencies for projects
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
