Requirements

Based in the Baltimore regional area
Ability to travel up to 100% of the time, including overnight travel, driving, and flying; work on 14 consecutive day schedules and non-traditional hours
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs; climb, walk, and stand for extended periods
Completion of high school or equivalent (preferred)
1-3 years of related work experience, preferably in retail; retail store management experience preferred
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications
Ability to operate small power tools
Effective communication skills
Ability to work well with changing teams, independently in fast-paced environments, and adapt quickly to change
Strong project management skills for multiple complex projects
Knowledge of sequencing and merchandising (preferred)
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships across levels
Ability to manage personal and company expenses due to travel

Responsibilities

Participate in renovation, new store, relocation, expansion, and other projects, ensuring completion to company standards in a timely manner
Perform merchandising and product placement
Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organize it, and transfer from stockroom to store
Build and tear down fixtures
Set schematics, planograms, and other merchandise templates
Cleaning
Provide customer service
Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Assist with day-to-day store activities related to projects as directed by Store Display Coordinator/Lead
Communicate with Store Display Coordinator/Lead and team members to ensure success of on-site operations
Partner and collaborate with store operations, Store Development management, other SDAs, Coordinators, and Leads to meet/exceed project standards
Maintain a safe working environment at job sites
Implement new procedures, best practices, tools, and efficiencies for projects
Follow all company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
