Based in the San Antonio area
Ability to travel up to 100% of the time to project locations, including overnight travel and up to 14 consecutive days per project
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Ability to drive and fly for travel

Ability to climb, walk, and stand for extended periods of time

1-3 years of related work experience, preferably in retail; retail store management experience preferred

Responsibilities

Participate in renovation, new store openings, relocations, expansions, and other projects, ensuring completion to company standards in a timely manner
Perform tasks including merchandising and product placement, unloading/organizing/transferring merchandise, building/tearing down fixtures, setting schematics/planograms/zone grams/merchandise templates, cleaning, customer service, and other assigned tasks
Assist with day-to-day store activities as directed by Store Display Coordinator/Lead
Complete all required project tasks timely per company standards
Communicate with Store Display Coordinator/Lead and team members to ensure on-site operational success
Partner and collaborate with store operations, store development management, other SDAs, Coordinators, and Leads to meet/exceed project standards
Maintain a safe working environment at job sites
Implement new procedures, best practices, tools, and efficiencies for projects
Follow all company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
