Responsibilities

  • Participate in renovation, new store openings, relocations, expansions, and other projects, ensuring completion to company standards in a timely manner
  • Perform tasks including merchandising and product placement, unloading/organizing/transferring merchandise, building/tearing down fixtures, setting schematics/planograms/zone grams/merchandise templates, cleaning, customer service, and other assigned tasks
  • Assist with day-to-day store activities as directed by Store Display Coordinator/Lead
  • Complete all required project tasks timely per company standards
  • Communicate with Store Display Coordinator/Lead and team members to ensure on-site operational success
  • Partner and collaborate with store operations, store development management, other SDAs, Coordinators, and Leads to meet/exceed project standards
  • Maintain a safe working environment at job sites
  • Implement new procedures, best practices, tools, and efficiencies for projects
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
