Requirements

  • Based in the Phoenix regional area
  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time to project locations, including overnight travel and up to 14 consecutive days per project
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation; must be able to drive and fly
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Ability to climb, walk, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to operate small power tools
  • Prefer completion of high school or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of related work experience, preferably in retail; prefer retail store management experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work well with ever-changing teams and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Strong project management skills for multiple complex projects
  • Knowledge of sequencing and merchandising preferred

Responsibilities

  • Participate in renovation, new store, relocation, expansion, and other projects, ensuring completion to company standards in a timely manner
  • Perform merchandising and product placement
  • Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organize it, and transfer from stockroom to store
  • Build and tear down fixtures
  • Set schematics, planograms, and other merchandise templates
  • Perform cleaning tasks
  • Provide customer service
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Assist with day-to-day store activities related to projects as directed by Store Display Coordinator/Lead
  • Ensure all required project tasks are completed timely per company standards
  • Communicate with Store Display Coordinator/Lead and team members for successful on-site operations
  • Meet and exceed project standards by partnering with store operations and store development management
  • Partner with and support other Store Display Associates (SDAs), Coordinators, and Leads as needed
  • Maintain a safe working environment at job sites
  • Implement new procedures, best practices, tools, and efficiencies for projects
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
