Responsibilities

  • Support sales of Stryker Trauma products meeting customers' pressing needs under supervision of a Trauma Sales Representative
  • Gain exposure to Stryker Trauma team culture through formal training on product portfolio and sales methodology, including on-the-job training in the operating room
  • Observe well-over 300 medical procedures in the first year to become an expert on surgical procedures
  • Develop high competency in orthopedic surgical needs and procedures to become a valuable surgical team member impacting outcomes positively
  • Be comfortable being on call most nights and weekends
  • Build trusted partnerships with clients through focus on client service, excellent account management, and commitment to improving healthcare
