Responsibilities

Lead European carrier relationships, including performance reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency
Analyze transportation data (e.g., cost per kilo) to identify trends and develop strategies that reduce spend and mitigate carrier price increases
Drive logistics improvements by evaluating shipping models, origin points, and modes of transport to enhance delivery outcomes
Oversee Freight Audit and Pay (FAP) systems, including vendor onboarding, coding accuracy, and payment resolution
Collaborate with European Sales Units to deliver monthly and quarterly performance insights, supporting both internal and external customer needs
