  • Analyze transportation data (e.g., cost per kilo) to identify trends and develop strategies that reduce spend and mitigate carrier price increases
  • Drive logistics improvements by evaluating shipping models, origin points, and modes of transport to enhance delivery outcomes
  • Oversee Freight Audit and Pay (FAP) systems, including vendor onboarding, coding accuracy, and payment resolution
  • Collaborate with European Sales Units to deliver monthly and quarterly performance insights, supporting both internal and external customer needs
