Requirements
Strong experience in Transaction Services with a proven track record in financial due diligence
Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Demonstrable experience leading complex due diligence engagements across various industries and deal sizes
Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills
Experience in business development and deal origination with a track record of winning new clients
Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to identify key value drivers and transaction risks
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
Leadership qualities with experience managing and developing teams
High attention to detail combined with strategic thinking ability
Responsibilities
Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements across M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients
Oversee quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet the highest professional standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during engagements, managing expectations and building lasting relationships
Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their technical and professional development
Originate new transaction services opportunities through proactive relationship building with private equity firms, corporate clients, financial and legal advisors
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Collaborate with other service lines to identify cross-selling opportunities
Prepare proposals and pitch presentations for prospective clients
Maintain a strong network of referral sources and actively cultivate new relationships
