Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of skills and education
  • Two years of demonstrated experience using SAP

Responsibilities

  • SAP training operational support, including checking and maintaining training related orders in SAP, creating CTIA orders in SAP, managing distributor and partner agreements in SAP, and processing purchase recs to vendor POs
  • Manage workstation support, including quoting, ordering, scheduling, ensuring compliance with regulatory statutes, and part number creation
  • Help with the creation and sale of custom workstation orders
  • Coordinate workstation loans with global training partners
  • Upload and manage training schedules
  • Process requests for Learning+ orders
  • Responsible for the product lifecycle management and communication
  • Review and identify areas of improvement
  • Manage and update process and procedure documentation
  • Manage and coordinate post-development process for training course materials
  • Assist the Global Training Product Manager with maintaining training web pages
  • Manage the Training Services global inbox
  • Maintain a working knowledge of other team functions to provide support
