Training & Safety Coordinator; 2nd Shift at Owens & Minor

The anticipated pay for this position is $23.00 per hour.

This is a 2nd shift position with Monday-Friday scheduling, but flexibility to work any shifts when needed is required, including some weekends. Open availability to work 1st and 2nd shift is mandatory.

Core responsibilities include administering onboarding training, scheduling training, communicating safety initiatives, maintaining training records, improving performance standards, and assisting warehouse staff with tasks like order picking. The position is primarily warehouse work with no more than 20% administrative duties.
