Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SMEs to identify and detail training needs for roles moving to GBS centers
  • Develop and implement training schedules, ensuring all training content and sessions are delivered as planned by the content owners and trainers
  • Ensure detailed documentation of learning needs, training curriculum, training schedules, and training status at individual, team, and overall levels
  • Follow up with trainees to ensure training schedules/plans remain on track and that the curriculum reflects current status
  • Identify and coordinate existing training resources for learning needs analysis and training delivery
  • Evaluate the existing training material to determine if it is necessary to develop or support the creation of material needed to ensure that the training meets the requirements according to the objectives of each project
  • Lead training satisfaction and post-training assessment surveys by working with SMEs to define survey questions and handling the execution, reporting, and follow-up of results
  • Ideally, support some training delivery
  • Primarily focus on training activities transitioning to the GBS shared service centers while also supporting training activities for shared service center operations improvement or implementation projects
