Requirements

  • MS Psychology, Pedagogy or similar experience

  • 3 years related experience in training, human resources, organizational development
  • College graduate in Psychology, Marketing, Business Management, Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Develop new training initiatives for dealers
  • Look for efficiencies with suppliers
  • Challenge the content of courses and training methodologies, always striving to create an environment that fosters the acquisition of new knowledge
  • Introduce new technologies like a new way of acquisition of knowledge
  • Coordinate support and make synergies with different areas within the company (Planning, Mkt, Sales, etc.)
  • Identify each potential customer’s needs
  • Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs
  • Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside
  • Supervise the training program (track vs objectives)
  • Manage suppliers to meet training objectives for the dealer network
  • Manage the budget, training facilities and fleet training vehicles
  • Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate training courses and development programs
  • Train the dealer network according to the needs of market through the coordinate and supervise the suppliers
