Requirements

  • Experience managing scheduling, registration, room booking, attendance tracking, and communications for Customer Training events
  • Experience managing training calendars and invites, training needs, and performing training discovery calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills
  • Experience communicating effectively with C-level executives
  • Ability to gather and report training data, including attendance, test scores, customer satisfaction, and feedback
  • Ability to facilitate world-class customer-facing learning programs
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, visual, hands-on learning
  • Ability to apply adult-learning principles to VILT (Virtual Instructor-Led Training)
  • Ability to drive projects to completion within agreed-upon timeframes
  • Willingness to seek continuous improvement and try new ideas for more effective training
  • Proven success with blended learning, including VILT (desired)
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills
  • Previous experience working in training
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Voice-over-IP or telephony experience (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, registration, room booking, attendance tracking, and communications for select Customer Training events
  • Manage training calendars and invites, training needs, and perform training discovery calls
  • Gather and report training data, including attendance, test scores, customer satisfaction, and customer feedback
  • Regular reporting of training statistics and results
  • Facilitate world-class customer-facing learning programs
  • Deliver engaging, visual, hands-on learning
  • Apply adult-learning principles to VILT
  • Assist with internal training initiatives as needed
  • Drive projects to completion within agreed-upon timeframes
  • Seek continuous improvement and try new ideas to provide more effective training
  • Serve as the customer’s point of contact for customer training, focusing on coordination and training tools administration for newly onboarded customer accounts
