Requirements

Native-level fluency in Traditional Chinese (from Hong Kong) (grammar, vocabulary, composition, punctuation)
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Availability to work full time onsite in Cupertino, CA (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 35 hours per week)
Valid visa to work in the USA
Ability, willingness, and experience in communicating positively with customers at various levels
Ability to give clear, concise, and constructive feedback
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, linguists
Ability and willingness to train/teach others and pass on knowledge

Responsibilities

Perform linguistic tasks
Coordinate the linguistic team, including:
Reviewing copy and giving feedback to testers; communicating feedback received from the client
Supporting testers in understanding corrections resulting from the arbitration process
Acting as liaison for terminology, style issues, product features & questions
Supporting the onboarding of new testers
Identifying linguistic-specific training needs for the language; creating, maintaining, and delivering the linguistic training program
Quality management planning and execution
Client engagement
Linguistic assets management
Ensure overall quality of the language at an account level
Serve as the main point of contact for Language Leads
