Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer orders and download the orders from customer’s system
  • Upload the customer orders in OMS system with confirmed order details
  • Coordinate between the customers and dealers through WeChat to ensure products delivered to customers on time
  • Follow up the process and system maintenance with local dealers and customer’s customer service team if there’s return orders
  • Monitor and ensure data accuracy in OMS system same as actual status
  • Consolidate the order details and maintain the updated data in daily report every day
  • Download and review the whole month orders from customer’s and OMS systems during the billing period every month
  • Consolidate the monthly order report and confirm the order quantity with Sales and Finance team
  • Create sales orders in QAD system and follow up with related teams to complete the orders successfully
  • Routine online and offline pricing date retrieving and consolidation
  • Ad hoc data needs support
