Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of work experience in HR, Finance, or Consulting; prior exposure to Compensation & Benefits is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to manage projects, consult with stakeholders, and work collaboratively across functions
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with HR colleagues and business leaders in an international context
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday is desirable
  • Fluency in English and German is required

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of compensation and benefits strategies, programs, and policies that ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Lead and manage timelines for the annual compensation review, incentive processing, salary structure updates, and the rollout of new programs
  • Support enhancements to the Workday compensation module in collaboration with HRIS, including Total Rewards Statements
  • Ensure effective communication of compensation and benefits offerings and changes across the region
  • Train and support HR and business stakeholders on Total Rewards processes and deliverables
  • Act as a subject matter expert for countries in EMEA, staying informed on market trends and best practices
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across all Total Rewards
