Requirements

  • Postgraduate/Graduate degree (HR designation/certification desirable)
  • 8+ years of direct experience in Total Rewards/Compensation, including global V&A and project management
  • Proven experience in M&A and working with cross-cultural teams
  • Advanced analytical, project management, and communication skills; proficiency in English (other languages a plus)
  • Experience with Workday, V&A/M&A, Market Intelligence Platforms, and real-time data sources preferred
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and data analytics
  • Experience in process and rewards program design and acquisition management at an advanced level
  • Strong leadership, ownership, influence, adaptability, and resilience in a global, matrixed environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management and continuous improvement of the V&A rewards database, ensuring regular updates and stakeholder education on acquisition processes and guidelines
  • Provide expert guidance on the design and harmonization of Total Rewards structures for non-standard rewards models brought into Accenture
  • Develop and deliver educational materials for the V&A community on key topics such as Base Pay, Bonus, Equity, Performance, Retention Programs, and Governance
  • Drive solutioning with the V&A Team and stakeholders during due diligence and closed stages, maximizing opportunities for acquired individuals to join standard rewards programs
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across Career Architecture, HRBPs, Talent Strategy, and the broader V&A team
  • Direct the adoption and execution of global base pay and bonus programs aligned with business objectives for acquisitions and outsourcing deals
  • Lead process optimization initiatives using technology, automation, and analytics to enhance compensation operations and insights
  • Independently resolve compensation issues and make recommendations for pay solutions
  • Engage directly with senior leadership from acquired organizations, providing expert guidance on rewards integration
  • Demonstrate leadership by fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance; exhibit ownership in driving initiatives; communicate effectively; influence alignment; build credibility across cultures; deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines; show adaptability in a fast-paced environment
